Angel Valentin

Angel Valentin, 83, of Green Brook, formerly of North Plainfield, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on April 13, 2026.

Born on February 18, 1943, in Utuado, Puerto Rico, Angel was the beloved son of the late Manuel Valentin and Margarita Gonzalez. He carried with him a deep love for his roots, his culture, and, above all, his family.

Angel was a devoted brother to Carmen Valentin, Migdalia Ponte, Manuel Valentin, and Maria Rodriguez. He also leaves behind many loving nieces and nephews, all of whom will cherish his memory and the joy he brought into their lives.

Known for his charm and warm spirit, Angel was truly a ladies’ man—handsome, charismatic, and always ready with a smile. He had a deep love for music and dancing, often bringing life and energy to any gathering. Family meant everything to him, and he took great pride in staying connected to those he loved.

In his quieter moments, Angel enjoyed building interlocking puzzles, finding both relaxation and satisfaction in piecing things together—much like the way he brought people together throughout his life.

Angel will be remembered for his vibrant personality, his love of life, and the lasting impact he made on everyone fortunate enough to know him. He will be deeply missed and forever held in the hearts of his family and friends.
