Carlos Rodriguez, 45, of Flemington, New Jersey, passed away on March 1, 2026.

Born in New York, New York on February 27, 1981, to Helene and Alvaro Rodriguez (2025), Carlos was a proud New Yorker whose warmth, intelligence, and dedication shaped every aspect of his life. He built a meaningful career as an IT Director for Success Academics in New York, NY, where he was respected for his leadership, innovation, and commitment to excellence. Carlos approached his work with passion and integrity, always striving to make a difference through his knowledge and expertise.

Above all, Carlos was a loving and devoted father. He cherished his children—Ryan Rodriguez, Jaysen Rodriguez, and Alexandria Rodriguez—who were the center of his world. He took great pride in their accomplishments and found his greatest joy in supporting and guiding them. His love for his family was unwavering, and he created lasting memories filled with laughter, encouragement, and unconditional love. Cherished friend of Liz Montero, Jacqueline Narvaez.

Carlos will be remembered for his generous spirit, his sharp mind, and his ability to bring people together. He touched the lives of many through his kindness, wisdom, and steadfast devotion to those he loved.

He leaves behind his beloved children, his mom Helen, predeceased by his father Alvaro Rodriguez (2025), his brother Frank Cuevas and many extended family members and friends who will deeply miss him.
