Enrique Cueto was a man who dedicated his life to his family. He worked for many years at ETRANSA and MORAVECO, always striving to provide for and care for those he loved. He was a tireless worker who rarely took a break and devoted much of his life to the well-being of his family.
Family and friends are welcome to visit on Friday, June 12th from 9-9:30am in Scarpa Las Rosas Funeral Home, 22 Craig Place North Plainfield, NJ 07060.
A 10am Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated in St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church, Plainfield, NJ.
Entombment will follow in Holy Redeemer Cemetery, South Plainfield, NJ.
Enrique was known as a humble, kind, and good-hearted man. Those who knew him respected him for his generosity, his sense of humor, his playful spirit, and his deep gratitude toward anyone who offered him help or support. He treated others with respect and warmth, leaving a lasting impression on the lives of those who had the privilege of knowing him.
Even during the most difficult moments of his life, Enrique continued to put others before himself. His love for his family never wavered, and he remained a source of strength for those around him.
During the final years of his life, Enrique was surrounded by the unconditional love and devotion of his wife and his daughter, Romy, who dedicated much of her life to caring for him with extraordinary love, compassion, and commitment, ensuring that he never lacked anything. Together, they faced every challenge, every difficult decision, and every moment of uncertainty with courage, strength, and love. They were also supported by the constant love and emotional support of his son, Aland, from Peru, who remained close to the family despite the distance. In addition, they received the support and assistance of Adit, Romy's husband, who stood by the family and offered his help whenever it was needed most.
Those who knew Enrique witnessed the special bond he shared with his daughter, Romy. It was a relationship built on love, trust, and mutual care. Even in his final days, Enrique continued to worry about her, always trying to protect her and make sure she would be alright.
