Mary Ann Smith, 98, of North Plainfield, passed away peacefully on April 20, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.

A devoted mother, Mary Ann dedicated her life to her children, MaryAnn Sanitate and Frances Smith, who were the center of her world. She found great joy in her role as a grandmother and will be dearly missed by her cherished grandchildren, Jeffrey J. Lang and Brittany Lang.

Mary Ann's unwavering love, strength, and kindness touched the lives of all who knew her. Her legacy of compassion and grace will continue to live on through her family and the countless memories they shared.

A private service will be held by the family to honor her life. 

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to a charity of your choice in Mary Ann’s memory.

She will be forever loved, deeply missed, and always remembered.
